We also wanted our small patch of miserable grass replaced with artificial turf (we have two large, rambunctious dogs and very poor drainage - a bad combination for plants). We needed a bunch of boulders removed and a small retaining wall built in their place. It’s challenging to find a contractor in Seattle who will install both artificial turf and other landscape items. The person who is giving them a bad review should reconsider… bad reviews hurt businesses… and she didn’t even get to experience the AWESOME LANDSCAPING that Jurassic delivers… also they are a landscape service, not a maintenance service. If you email it might be a little longer. Also, if you call or text the owner you’ll hear something back within 24 – 48 hours. and nailing down a schedule was a little bit tricky… and after the first day, the second day came about a week later due to a family emergency, BUT I’m suspecting this is all because these guys are in demand! If you experience schedule/communication issues just remember that the results of your landscaping will be far beyond your imagination and erase any feelings of anxiousness that may have occurred. More work was done than we had discussed and I was not charged extra… although maybe this was thanks /good karma for giving them a tip about an hour or two before they finished? One thing to know… Communication /Scheduling /Booking requires a little bit of patience. This is the best landscaper I’ve ever used. ![]() ![]() ![]() I would recommend booking them significantly in advance because I bet they are going to become impossible to book soon. The job was clearing and removing bamboo from both sides of my house and also cleaning up, weeding, mowing and mulching my backyard. Jurassic Landscape went above and beyond.
